At Flakes, we want you to love your glow; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for all skincare products. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and have at least 50% of the product remaining to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your inbox. Simply print it out and attach it securely to your return package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your Flakes products in their original boxes and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality team inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
